About Andreas Wiebe

For the past several years I have managed the Direct Calling channel for Vantage Media. My responsibilities include driving revenue, financial forecasting, business and software projects, advertising and media, communication, and maintaining the relationship between the contact center, its agents, and Vantage Media.

Previously I have worked at Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services (EHS) in the anti-spam department as a spam-analyst, project lead and later as a program manager for anti-spam tools development. During this time I was responsible for managing several development projects, using my skills and education to create technical specifications, project schedules, development roadmaps, and communicate these with my team and the larger organization.

Prior to EHS I worked at the Farm Incomes Program Directorate at Agriculture Canada (AAFC-FIPD) in IST Support where my primary responsibility was support for BlackBerry’s, workstations, and printers.

These experiences not only gave me an in-depth understanding of custom software development, but also of project management, time management, and the importance of strong teamwork in driving and meeting deadlines.
